GrowStage is a fan-run publication about the growth stories of K-pop and J-pop artists — how groups go from quiet debuts to sold-out arenas, told with the patience those stories deserve.
Most music coverage captures a moment: a comeback, a chart position, a viral clip. What fascinates me is the arc — the two years of livestreams before the million-seller, the ridicule before the band boom, the three modest EPs before the reverse-run. So that’s what this blog documents, in long form, across three languages (English, Korean, Japanese).
